• Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience by coordinating all aspects of the joiner journey, including issuing onboarding documentation, acting as point of contact, organising welcome packs and supporting new joiner integration through their first weeks.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Recruitment and HR Operations, acting as a central bridge between the two teams to ensure a joined-up hiring and onboarding experience.
• Continuously review and improve onboarding processes, maintaining clear documentation, process maps and guidance materials.
• Support and contribute to project work focused on driving efficiencies and improving processes, including system enhancements, automation initiatives and optimisation of onboarding workflows.
• Provide onboarding insights and reporting (e.g. timelines, delays, or trends) to help inform improvements to the hiring and onboarding journey.[CF1.1]
