On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. About you:

An Onboarding Consultant is a trusted adviser to our customers, supporting them through the full software implementation cycle. You’ll complete system configuration, data migrations, training, and provide guidance to ensure our customers successfully adopt and embed our software into their business.
You will manage multiple customers simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and customers have a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Customer satisfaction is key – you will be measured on how happy your customers are with their implementation journey.
You will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to a variety of customers, often in the hospitality sector (including hotels, restaurants, and leisure businesses). Experience working with hospitality operators, understanding their workflows, and appreciating their service-driven culture will be highly advantageous.

Day-to-day, you will:

•Onboard new customers, primarily from the hospitality industry and other small to mid-sized businesses, while managing project portfolios to ensure successful and timely completion.
•Build and nurture professional, trust-based relationships with clients, consistently delivering proactive, 5-star service demonstrated by valuable customer feedback.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support training and implementation efforts, ensuring smooth project execution and timely support.
•Commit to continuous personal learning and drive process improvements to enhance service quality and adapt to evolving customer needs.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

•Experience in the hospitality industry—either working directly in hotels, restaurants, or leisure, or providing services/software to hospitality operators.
•Strong passion for delivering high-quality customer service, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
•Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly learning new applications and technologies, including AI.
•Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, both face-to-face and virtually.
