A great opportunity has presented itself for an Onboarding & Transition Specialist. Please note this is a 9-month fixed term opportunity.
A bit about your role
The Onboarding & Transition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the transition of successful delivery partners as part of the field partner transformation. Collaborating with the Field Improve and Transform team as well as Regional Delivery teams, you will focus on the onboarding and offboarding of delivery partners' capabilities to ensure smooth transitions in and out of partners and workflows. A critical component of this role is ensuring that performance standards are maintained during the transition to a new field contract and that enabling activities are successfully delivered to minimise impact to the business. You will proactively collaborate on the scoping and execution of any improvement opportunities, developing strong stakeholder relationships in order to deliver on business outcomes.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you will have solid experience in business analysis and reporting gained in a commercial setting, ideally in an operational or field environment. Your understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite will be key, as will your ability to manage, negotiate with and present to multiple stakeholders. You will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent organisational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. You are naturally self-driven, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate strong business acumen, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
