Position Overview: As an OMT Technology PI3 Cell Manager, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in Taiwan, advancing innovations in memory and storage solutions. This role suits an ambitious leader who excels in collaboration and aims to create a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration
• Coordinate and manage PI3 cell operations to ensure outstanding performance and reliability
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and compete in the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of memory and storage technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in PI3 cell management or similar roles
• Demonstrated ability to improve procedures and attain perfect results
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards while encouraging innovation
