PMO need control program schedule and cost. The main job follow manager's requirement to consolidate cross function follow actions and meet business requirement. During the progress, you may need using AI to summarize and perform briefs. The related functions and items as below.

• Facility:

- Control CSA schedule to ensure on-time delivery and further accelerate to meet business requirements.
- Review the reasonableness of facility (FAC) cost and budget.
- Control MEP schedule and align cross-functional needs to achieve overall targets.
- Monitor overall construction progress and workforce deployment status.

• Layout:

- Control overall project schedule and manage assumption changes with proper version control.
- Manage layout revisions and release requirements.
- Collaborate to maximize space efficiency.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve common goals.

• IE Modeling:

- Control production loop planning and manage assumption changes with version control.
- Coordinate equipment move-in and installation plans and their dependencies.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve overall targets.

• Production Manufacturing:

- Manage readiness of all production items.
- Ensure sufficient resources, including manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth and stable future production operations.

• Quality:

- Manage qualification plan and schedule.
- Collaborate to accelerate wafer release to customers while meeting audit requirements.

• IT/System:

- Manage system migration scope and schedule.
- Ensure server setup, cabling, and related infrastructure meet timeline requirements.
- Ensure logistics and accounting systems are operational.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve overall targets.

• Warehouse:

- Ensure sufficient storage space and bonded warehouse compliance.
- Ensure storage regulations meet operational requirements.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve overall targets.

• EHS / Safety / Security:

- Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance, including necessary certifications.
- Support factory operations readiness for production.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve overall targets.

• Office:

- Plan for short-, mid-, and long-term needs.
- Ensure seating arrangements and workplace facilities meet user requirements and timeline.
- Align cross-functional requirements to achieve overall targets.

• AMHS:

- Ensure schedule and vendor resources meet project timelines.
- Clarify system capabilities, including storage, N2 beam, and cross-fab design.
