Director, Sales EnablementWhat does a successful Director, Sales Enablement do at Fiserv?
As a part of the sales enablement team, you’ll equip the Sales organization with the foundational knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to succeed in their roles, while reinforcing a consistent sales methodology and culture across the global organization. This includes providing tools, resources and training needed to effectively sell a product or service, thereby enhancing sales performance and productivity within the organization.
What you will do:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and HR to align messaging, capture market needs, and ensure a cohesive strategy.
Content & Asset Creation: Develop high-impact training content, playbooks, and structured learning paths aligned with the buyer’s journey.
Content Management: Maintain, organize, and regularly update enablement materials within Seismic to ensure accuracy.
Program Design & Execution: Create and run structured programs for onboarding, continuous learning, and strategic sales plays.
Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead dynamic live and virtual training sessions, practical workshops, role-play exercises, and certifications.
Onboarding & Ramp Optimization: Partner with Sales Leaders to deliver a consistent learning experience that accelerates new hire time-to-productivity.
Analytics & Impact Tracking: Build dashboards to track enablement impact and monitor key onboarding KPIs like time-to-first-deal.
Operations & Localization: Manage calendar planning, communications, and logistics, while customizing programs for regional or segment-specific needs.
What you will need to have:
Minimum of 8+ years in a Sales role working on complex opportunities
Previous knowledge of Fiserv product suite or in the acquiring space and ability to translate to individual Sales talent
Experience in cross-functional enablement initiatives with measurable outcomes
Experience in building material, presentations, case studies
Experience collaborating effectively across many internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Marketing and Human Resources
Excellent communication skills required
What would be nice to have:
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate GTM strategy into enablement action
Direct sales or sales management experience highly preferred
Product marketing or content development experience is a plus
Salary Range
$96,000.00 - $163,200.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Massachusetts, California (excluding Sunnyvale) and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

Skills Required
- 6+ years of successful new business generation and solution selling experience in merchant payment processing
- 6+ years experience working in virtual team settings coordinating account managers, solution consultants, and implementation/service teams
- 6+ years navigating complex, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives with a client-focused approach
- 6+ years of influence and negotiation skills and knowledge of industry processes and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work, education, and military experience
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 50%
- Proven track record in technology software or services sales to large accounts (preferred)
- Familiarity with Fiserv and former First Data product offerings and the Fiserv Way of Selling (preferred)
