As a Director-level leader, this role partners with senior leadership to establish strategy, operating models, governance, and resource priorities while ensuring enablement investments deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Revenue Enablement strategy aligned to business priorities, revenue goals, and GTM objectives.
Lead the enablement function, including governance, operating rhythms, service delivery, prioritization, and resource management.
Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives that improve seller productivity, pipeline performance, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead enablement efforts for strategic programs, including sales methodology adoption, account management, process transformation, technology deployment, and organizational change.
Establish adoption plans that combine communication, coaching, manager reinforcement, measurement, and feedback to drive behavior change and business outcomes.
Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks, inspection routines, and operating cadences that reinforce critical selling behaviors.
Advance AI-enabled and technology-supported workflows that improve knowledge access, coaching effectiveness, productivity, and execution.
Establish standards for onboarding, continuous learning, content governance, sales playbooks, and knowledge management.
Define and measure adoption, proficiency, productivity, pipeline quality, conversion, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing enablement team.
Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Effectiveness, GTM Strategy, or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or functions with enterprise-wide impact.
Demonstrated success building scalable operating models, governance processes, and performance management practices.
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, productivity, and revenue outcomes.
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, coaching, account management, onboarding, and change adoption practices.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, business, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization with multiple business units, customer segments, product lines, or global teams.
Experience supporting revenue transformation, sales process standardization, CRM/CPQ adoption, enterprise change programs, or AI-enabled enablement workflows.
Experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, SaaS, data analytics, or other complex B2B environments.
Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
