Primary Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing strategies supporting North America Distribution growth priorities.
  • Manage digital content across distributor, customer, and product platforms.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance.
  • Execute digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, advertising, and lead generation.
  • Develop presentations, videos, newsletters, social content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support product launches, portfolio transitions, commercialization, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain product, market, and segmentation information within business systems.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related marketing, communications, or commercial experience, or associate degree with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and work in manufacturing plant or laboratory environments as needed.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with market research, customer insights, or competitive analysis.
  • Experience executing digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience creating marketing content using tools such as Canva.
  • Proficiency with business platforms such as BI and SAP.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 80,000-110,000.
