Foundation Health Partner’s Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Clinic is seeking an OMM Physician to join our highly experienced team.


The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join a fun, collaborative team of OMM providers serving the Fairbanks community and Interior Alaska. Our clinic maintains a healthy patient volume thanks to a well-established community referral base. All of our physicians are trained in and frequently utilize the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM). We are passionate about this treatment method and the difference it can make for our patients. Prior experience with FDM, or a willingness to pursue training, is required for this position.

  • Compensation: $280,000 base salary + wRVU production bonuses. Average annual total compensation with base pay and production estimated at $435k. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week. 7 weeks approved time off and 2 weeks time off for CME.
  • Team: You would join a team of six OMM physicians supported by experienced medical assistants and a strong administrative team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in state where he/she practices.

Board Eligible/Board Certified by appropriate certifying board. Current DEA number.


Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician’s employment agreement. Requires commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress, critical listening skills and ability to communicate clearly, desire to work with all types of people and work as a team member and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to meet desired business outcomes while maintaining quality of care. Must be willing to update skills constantly.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
