Job Overview:
As a Creative Coordinator in the Presentation Studio, you are the first point of contact for incoming creative requests. You’ll play a critical role in connecting consultants with the right designers, managing incoming demand, and ensuring projects are set up for success from the start. Working closely with peers across the globe, you’ll help maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for requestors and support the studio’s operations through strong coordination, clear communication, and a client-focused mindset.

This role is for the Evening shift (12pm - 9pm CST)
Key Responsibilities:
Request Management: Monitor and triage incoming design requests, ensuring accurate information is collected and understood before assigning to the appropriate designer or team.
Resource Coordination: Assign work based on skill set, availability, and project complexity, supporting optimal team utilization while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the first point of contact for requestors, guiding them through the process, clarifying requirements, and setting expectations on timelines and deliverables.
Global Alignment: Collaborate with coordinators and team leads in other regions to share workload, align on best practices, and ensure a seamless and consistent global service.
Process Consistency: Uphold and help refine workflows, templates, and service standards to ensure efficiency and clarity across all requests.
Issue Resolution: Flag and help resolve scope, capacity, or process issues early—working with designers, requestors, or managers to find effective solutions.
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong Outlook skills
English fluency (written and spoken) required
Minimum 1 year experience with coordinating activities, customer service or scheduling in complex scenarios.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
