Responsabilités

  • Fournir un soutien à la clientèle par téléphone, courriel et autres canaux de soutien.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes logiciels et répondre aux questions liées aux produits.
  • Analyser, documenter et escalader les problèmes applicatifs et fonctionnels complexes.
  • Participer aux mises à jour logicielles et aux activités reliées aux systèmes.
  • Respecter les politiques, processus et normes de service établis.
  • Participer à des initiatives d’amélioration continue et à des projets interfonctionnels.
  • Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits, services et procédures de soutien d’Elekta.
  • Assurer une documentation précise des dossiers clients et des demandes de soutien.
  • Promouvoir les valeurs d’Elekta et son engagement envers la satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Se déplacer chez les clients au besoin afin de soutenir le dépannage et la résolution des problèmes.

Ce que vous apporterez

  • Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience en traitement clinique en oncologie, soutien technique, soutien à la clientèle, formation ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes EMR de type Record & Verify.
  • Expérience des systèmes de traitement en radiothérapie et des flux de travail en oncologie.
  • Connaissance de MOSAIQ, des produits Elekta, de Citrix, des environnements Windows et de Microsoft SQL Server fortement souhaitée.
  • Expérience avec Salesforce ou une autre plateforme CRM considérée comme un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Aptitude à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration.
  • Sens de l’organisation marqué et souci du détail.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu’à 10 % du temps selon les besoins de l’entreprise.

What You'll Do at Elekta

As an OIS Application Support Specialist, you will provide expert support to customers using Elekta’s Oncology Information Systems (OIS). Reporting to the Manager, OIS Support, you will act as a trusted partner to healthcare providers by resolving technical and application-related issues, supporting software functionality, and helping customers maximize the value of Elekta solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and respond to product-related questions.
  • Investigate, document, and escalate complex application and functionality issues.
  • Support software updates and system-related activities.
  • Follow established processes, policies, and service standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Elekta products, services, and support procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer and case documentation.
  • Champion Elekta’s values and commitment to customer success.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to support issue resolution and troubleshooting.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical oncology treatment, technical support, customer support, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Record & Verify EMR systems.
