Job Summary:
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Specialist with expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), specifically in Enterprise Case Management (ECM) customization and workflow development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in OJET, PL/SQL, and JavaScript technologies, coupled with hands-on experience in business analysis and working with end users to gather and implement ECM requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize UI for Oracle ECM using OJET (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit).
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze ECM requirements
- Work with the ECM data model and perform data mapping and integration
- Design and implement workflows using the PMF (Process Management Framework) module of OFSAA
- Develop and manage cases triggered by third-party alerts
- Perform coding using Java, HTML, JS, JQuery, and PL/SQL on Oracle DB
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Techno-Functional expertise in OFSAA ECM with strong knowledge of the ECM data model
- Hands-on experience in OFSAA OJET development
- Proven expertise in developing workflows using the PMF module
- Strong experience in creating and managing cases from third-party alerts
- Technical proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and Oracle DB
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in banking or financial services domain
- Familiarity with Oracle Financial Services AML, KYC, or related products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
