Job Descriptions:
- Perform deep dive studies, conduct regular experience monitoring and reporting to provide insights of emerging insurance risks to the business and to facilitate modelling of these risks under economic valuation regime (e.g. mortality improvements, policyholder options and behaviour).
- Provide support in the operating assumption setting based on experience and long term view with the consideration of various financial metrics across earning and solvency basis.
- Support the transformation of the data analytics process driving by more advanced predictive analysis tool, e.g. Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI and develop experience dashboard
- Provide support on the organization of various insurance risk advisory committees (Persistency and Claims) and the preparation of relevant meeting materials / actuarial experience analysis..
Job Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Actuarial Science or equivalent subjects
- Minimum of 2 years of actuarial working experience.
- Good exam progress of Society of Actuaries or equivalent
- Knowledge of Prophet and data analytical tools (e.g. Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI) an advantage
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under a fast-paced business environment and perform multiple tasks when needed
- Excellent written and spoken English
