To support the internal audit function by conducting pre-audit and verification of all the documents generated for carrying goods in and dispatching goods out from the factory. Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on daily basis and submission of daily logs and weekly reports to HOD.
Requirements
· Monitoring and reviewing daily stock movement to ensure transaction is executed through proper documentation at Factory and conduct pre-audit of:
- Outward Gate Passes on daily basis,
- Inward Gate Passes on daily basis,
- GDNs on daily basis,
- STNs on daily basis,
- GDOs on daily basis.
- Pre-audit of the inward gate passes against purchase orders on daily basis.
- Checking of Daily Sales orders and GDOs related to Factory.
- Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on daily basis for vouching
- Filing and record keeping of audit data files.
· Submitting daily log documenting gate movement to HOD.
· Submitting daily and weekly activity report to HOD.
· Stock taking of raw material as per audit plan.
· Report discrepancies, exceptions, or control gaps to the Line Manager promptly.
· Support senior audit staff during audits and special assignments.
· Maintain confidentiality of audit information and records.
· Any other audit related task given by the HOD.
