This is for a general office assistant position, to include but not limited to the following:
Use of multi line phone system, some computer knowledge, use of copier, scanner, filing, emailing and data entry.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 05:00 pm, you will have the choice when to take your lunch.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is bilingual, Spanish and English. Must have a reliable way to get to work everyday.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, must know how to use email, Excel & Word.
