Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Office & Workplace Coordinator with excellent German and English language skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional office environment while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day workplace activities.
The position is fixed-term for one year.

- Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory, merchandise management and shipping would also be desirable.
- An independent, structured and conscientious way of working is in your nature.
- You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
- You have a very good command of German and English and are adept at using MS Office applications.
