We are on the lookout for a Office support specialist to join our Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Office procurement of goods and services.
- Coordination of office maintenance and day-to-day operations.
- Monitoring office equipment condition and ensuring availability of all necessary office supplies.
- Coordination and control of office cleaning services, including regular and ad hoc requests.
- Workspace management and organization of office space depending on operational needs and work setups.
- Preparation and coordination of office layouts, seating arrangements, and shared/open-space organization.
- Support in organizing team buildings, internal events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Coordination of meeting arrangements, including office space preparation and food orders.

Requirements
- Serbian B1 and English B1
- Russian - fluent
- Previous experience of work on administrative position or similar
- Knowledge of work in Google workspace, Microsoft office, Excel, Power point
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
