Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Office Supervisor to support our RFID printing operation. This role will oversee office support functions tied to a new RFID press that inserts chips into product during production. While the equipment operates in the plant, this position is responsible for managing the office side of the work, including order flow, scheduling, forecasting support, data entry backup, and coordination across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, solid Excel experience, and the ability to keep a lot of moving pieces organized.

Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise office support staff tied to RFID order implementation and program execution
- Maintain and manage production schedules for RFID orders
- Coordinate scheduling and communication related to customer orders and incoming requests
- Monitor a high volume of email communication and keep work moving in a timely manner
- Support data entry activities and provide backup when order entry volume increases
- Use Excel to track schedules, hours, and order-related information
- Work within an Access database to support order entry and tracking
- Review forecasts and help ensure demand planning and order flow make sense operationally
- Approve purchasing requests and work closely with purchasing on related activities
- Train team members and provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support
- Partner closely with production, sales, purchasing, and other internal teams
- Help resolve issues, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Lead with a team-first, can-do attitude
You Must Have:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Teams and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use Access for order entry and tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle conflict, resolve complaints, and make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide backup support where needed
We Would Also Prefer:
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Office experience in a fast-paced operational setting
- Purchasing or forecasting experience
- Experience supporting scheduling, order management, or customer-driven production workflows
