We are looking for an intern to support our office operations and back-office activities!
ResponsibilitiesOffice and General Affairs Support

Manage office supplies, pantry items, and help maintain a comfortable office environment
- Support PC setup and provide basic IT support
- Handle mail, visitors, and phone calls
- Assist with arranging business dinners and travel
- Communicate with vendors and building management
- Manage files and data
Internal Event Support

Assist with the operation of internal events and client workshops, including preparation, on-site support, and follow-up
Accounting Support

Support expense reimbursement and invoice management
Other Support Tasks

Assist with research, document preparation, and other administrative tasks
Required skills

Basic PC skills

Native-level Japanese proficiency

Experience in general administrative work
- Experience in accounting, general affairs, HR, or sales administration
- Experience using Zoom
- Conversational English skills
Working Hours
-
At least 4 hours per day between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- Breaks will be provided depending on working hours
- 2 days per week, with fixed working days in principle
- Working hours can be adjusted with some flexibility
- Overtime is generally not expected
Work location
- This position requires in-office work (Near Yotsuya Station in Tokyo.)
- Transportation expenses covered
