Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership while overseeing office operations and facilities coordination. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the office, including vendor management, travel coordination, and workplace logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Support Board and leadership meetings, including logistics and materials
- Coordinate internal and external events, including catering and scheduling
Office Operations & Facilities:
- Coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and office services
- Manage service requests and escalate issues as needed
- Support office space planning and day-to-day workplace needs
- Track basic operating expenses and vendor performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, ore related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of executive assistant or office operations experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience managing vendors or supporting office operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with leadership

Physical Requirements:
