Develop category strategies, run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, deliver cost savings and procurement improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and procurement governance.

Administers employee benefits and HR shared services throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include HRIS data maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, employee support, compliance reporting, audits, wellness programs, and process improvements. The role supports regulations including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and 401(k) administration while maintaining confidential records and accurate HR transactions.

Translate forecasts and product lifecycle strategies into executable supply plans; manage day-to-day supply planning in SAP; monitor ATP, inventory, and allocations; prepare forecasting and performance reports; collaborate with production, logistics, and sales; perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to ensure on-time customer fulfillment.

Promote and sell PRIDE Seeds products while providing agronomic support, training, and managing strip trials. Work with sales, marketing, dealers, and industry influencers to drive product performance, data collection, and grower-specific strategies across Southwest Quebec.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational performance. Lead talent management, succession planning, performance and compensation processes, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, change management, and global mobility. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions and continuous improvement using HR metrics and analytics.
