Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for spend over $100K across direct and indirect categories. Develop category strategies, run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, deliver cost savings and procurement improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and procurement governance.

Provide administrative and operational support for a research station: maintain records and databases, coordinate shipping and purchasing, support recruiting/onboarding of temporary staff, plan meetings, assist with seed packaging/planting and other research-related tasks, and manage general office functions to ensure smooth execution of research projects.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of production orders in SAP to ensure data integrity and accuracy, auditing processes, and maintaining master data.

Lead pre-commercial testing, product development, portfolio management, and agronomy strategy for corn and soybeans. Align agronomy and product initiatives with commercial teams, direct advancement from pre-commercial to launch, manage budgets and production planning, and communicate product strategy to executives while overseeing an agronomy team.

Lead North America FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, EBIT and OPEX planning, performance analysis, reporting and dashboards. Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver insights, presentations, and drive process improvements supporting strategic decision-making.

Manage end-to-end production and subcontracting orders in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate material consumption, batch management, BOM/routing integrity, and inventory reconciliations. Perform audits, generate yield and consumption reports, implement standardized reporting, and support continuous improvement to align system data with shop-floor reality.

Oversee and analyze production-related costs for corn and soybean products, supporting strategic financial decisions and optimizing profitability.

Promote and sell PRIDE Seeds products while providing agronomic support, training, and managing strip trials. Work with sales, marketing, dealers, and industry influencers to drive product performance, data collection, and grower-specific strategies across Southwest Quebec.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational performance. Lead talent management, succession planning, performance and compensation processes, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, change management, and global mobility. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions and continuous improvement using HR metrics and analytics.

Manage corn and soybean research site operations including team leadership, protocol standardization, field activities execution, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), equipment safety, data collection/analysis, and continuous improvement to support breeding research goals.
