POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the marine industry.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Duties 

Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are readily available.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the management team and staff.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain reports related to office operations, staff performance, and other relevant metrics.

Operate as a point of contact with HR and assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing office policies and procedures.

Draft and send correspondence and internal communications. Facilitate communication between departments and staff.

Support special projects as needed, ensuring timely completion. Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Address customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Support management with timekeeping and onboarding tasks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the marine or retail industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in leading or coordinating a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
