We are seeking a relationship-driven and people-focused leader to join our team as an Office Manager supporting our Upstate office locations  across Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg. 

In this role, you will serve as a key connector across offices, helping ensure employees feel supported, staffing needs are coordinated, and daily operations run smoothly. You will partner closely with attorneys and Closing Directors to support team members, manage coverage needs, and maintain consistency across locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads with both accountability and care and someone who can support employees, bring clarity in busy moments, and help create a strong, connected team culture.

Office Manager Job Summary: 

The Office Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support for administrative, reception, and closing support staff across multiple office locations throughout the Upstate. This role partners closely with attorneys, Closing Directors, and firm leadership to ensure employees are supported, staffing needs are effectively managed, and office operations remain consistent and efficient. As a leader within the organization, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture while helping ensure smooth coordination of workload, coverage, and communication across offices.

Team Leadership & Employee Support

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to office staff across multiple locations. 
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and guidance. 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and excellent client service. 
  • Address routine performance, attendance, and workplace concerns, escalating more significant matters to HR or leadership as appropriate. 
  • Help employees feel supported, valued, and engaged. 

Staffing & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate staffing coverage during absences, vacations, leaves, and vacancies. 
  • Partner with attorneys and Closing Directors to reassign files, closings, and responsibilities as needed. 
  • Assist with workload balancing and resource planning across offices. 
  • Support onboarding and integration of new employees. 
  • Help facilitate smooth transitions during staffing changes. 

Office Operations & Communication

  • Promote consistency in procedures, communication, and employee experience across offices. 
  • Communicate organizational updates, process changes, and expectations. 
  • Support meetings, training initiatives, and employee communications. 
  • Identify operational challenges and partner with leadership on solutions and improvements. 
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, attorneys, Closing Directors, HR, and firm leadership. 

Multi-Office Support

  • Maintain a visible presence across Upstate office locations. 
  • Travel between offices as needed to support employees and operational needs. 
  • Help ensure consistent support, communication, and service standards across locations. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership, office management, or people management experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach employees, build relationships, and address workplace concerns professionally. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, training, or onboarding initiatives. 
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations. 
  • Experience in a legal or real estate environment, including familiarity with real estate closing processes and terminology, is a plus.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications. 
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between office locations.
