Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Office Manager provides support to all departments and all levels within the company. With minimal supervision, schedules and coordinates logistics for regular and ad hoc events, manages inventory of office supplies, and manages daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Works with executives, managers, and supervisors to coordinate and schedule business meetings, including monthly operational reviews, communication forums, roundtable meetings, and other regular events. Resolves conflict of conference room schedules as needed.
- Directly coordinates logistical planning and execution internally as well as externally with vendors in support of major company events (holiday party, company picnic, EOY awards, servicer summits, etc.)
- Provides assistance to various management levels with travel planning
- Maintains adequate office supply inventory to support operations involving 400+ employees across 5 floors
- Serves as main operational contact point for supply and service providers
- Coordinates various recognition events (ex: including quarterly service anniversary celebrations, annual employee appreciation week), including scheduling, purchasing, and coordinating catering arrangements. Provides consolidated communication to all staff members related to events
- Assists Resurgent Humanitarian Council with communications to all staff during campaigns
- Consolidate and edit contents of monthly operational reviews for professional presentation, including updating data via pivot tables, update queries, running established reports
- Provide limited clerical support as needed
- Monitor and maintain office presentation standards
- Relays facilities related issues to building management company via ticketing system
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in office management, senior administrative support, or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees in a professional and supportive manner
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Possess analytical and numerical acumen and be able to work well with numbers and data.
- Must have the ability to work under stress with the ability to meet deadlines
Educational Requirements:
- College degree in business or an analytical field preferred

What We Do
Resurgent Capital Services, a member of the Sherman Financial Group, is a manager and servicer of domestic and international consumer debt portfolios for credit grantors and debt buyers. We manage accounts across the credit spectrum including performing accounts, sub- and non-performing accounts, secured accounts, and unsecured accounts. Currently, we have offices located in Greenville, SC, and Cincinnati, OH.
