Duties:
- Oversee all daily office functions to maintain a professional and enjoyable work environment.
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients.
- Work closely with internal facilities team on office space, logistics, and improvements.
- Coordinate with building management and outside vendors on office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage logistics for in-office meetings, including setting up video conferencing or conference calls, ordering refreshments, and printing materials.
- Manage breakroom and office supply inventory and budget, including coordination with IT on hardware needs.
- Take point with IT on equipment or connection issues, ensuring problems are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- Provide event planning assistance to Marketing and Corporate Access teams, with occasional off-site event support.
- Propose and coordinate internal employee engagement events such as happy hours, offices lunches, holiday celebrations, etc.
- Assist with onboarding for new hires.
- Process office invoices and employee expense reports and submit for payment.
- Assist other administrative staff on projects as needed.
- Establish and maintain working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
