The role:

We’re looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ventura, CA headquarters. This role is critical in ensuring our office runs smoothly and remains a welcoming, high-functioning environment for employees and visitors alike. Reporting directly to the Lead Executive Assistant, you will serve as a steward of Curri’s culture while supporting operational excellence across facilities, employee experience, and office logistics.
What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations, including maintenance, supplies, mail handling, and general upkeep.

  • Manage office logistics such as stocking supplies, coordinating repairs, organizing equipment, and handling vendor relationships.

  • Support employee experience initiatives including office perks, meal coordination, and cultural events.

  • Partner with the Executive Assistant to maintain office procedures, security protocols, and vendor negotiations.

  • Assist visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at HQ.

  • Partner with the Executive Coordinator to fulfill Shopify orders, manage kitting and distribution of marketing materials, and support mailing campaigns.

  • Coordinate closely with IT on office equipment, including tracking inventory, tagging devices, and troubleshooting basic Mac or network issues.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scanning bills to accounts payable and running office-related errands.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High energy, proactive mindset, and a no-ego attitude.

  • Experience managing office operations, facilities, or administrative functions.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Comfort with basic technical troubleshooting (Mac systems, office hardware).

  • Deep alignment with Curri’s culture and values.
