Playtech‘s Site Operations unit is looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team in Tartu.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Be the first point of contact for our people regarding office-related topics and questions.
• Maintain the smooth operation of office facilities and internal services, including vendor collaboration, deliveries, and employee amenities.
• Handle invoices and other documentation and ensure their compliance with our policies.
• Help in organizing company events and various employee well-being related topics.

Components for success. You...

• Have previous administrative work experience.
• Bring experience working with invoices and budgets, as well as planning and managing costs.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• Show initiative and adapt quickly in changing situations.
• Hold a manual B‑category driver’s licence.
• Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Estonian and English.
