Working directly with senior leadership, you’ll develop strategic and operational skills that set you up for future team leadership. As the first person in this role, you’ll have real ownership to shape processes, improve efficiency and lay the foundation for a growing operations function. What you'll do ℹ️
Keep the office running smoothly, managing supplies, service providers, and day-to-day logistics.
Help with internal communications, document organisation and record keeping.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative and research tasks, presentations or reports.
Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, contracts, benefits, and keeping records up to date and GDPR compliant.
Handle financial admin like tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling documents.
Spot inefficiencies in processes and take the lead in improving how things work.
What you'll need 🎯
Some level of experience in operations, office management, or as a business assistant.
A degree in Administration, Business, HR or related.
Native-level Greek and fluent English.
