As the first person in this role, you’ll have real ownership to shape processes, improve efficiency and lay the foundation for a growing operations function. What you'll do ℹ️

  • Keep the office running smoothly, managing supplies, service providers, and day-to-day logistics.

  • Help with internal communications, document organisation and record keeping.

  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative and research tasks, presentations or reports.

  • Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, contracts, benefits, and keeping records up to date and GDPR compliant.

  • Handle financial admin like tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling documents.

  • Spot inefficiencies in processes and take the lead in improving how things work.

What you'll need 🎯

  • Some level of experience in operations, office management, or as a business assistant.

  • A degree in Administration, Business, HR or related.

  • Native-level Greek and fluent English.
