Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA!
The Office Manager provides comprehensive support to the Regional President, managing daily office operations, coordinating events, overseeing communications and onboarding, and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
This position requires the teammate to be onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our new office located at 5 Concourse Parkway NE, Suite 2500, Atlanta, Georgia 30328.
How You Will Contribute:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional President, including managing email, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing polished presentations.
Oversee the daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facilities coordination.
Plan and execute in-office customer meetings and memorable team events.
Serve as the first point of contact for front-office needs, including phone calls, mail, and package deliveries.
Support accounting operations, including ACH/wire transactions.
Maintain and update the region’s internal subsite and communication platforms.
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new team members, ensuring a positive start to their journey.
Keep the office organized, clean, and welcoming.
Proactively identify and address team needs, offering timely and efficient solutions.
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Proven experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
Quickly learn and master new software platforms, including Workday. (preferred)
Experience in event planning and coordination. (preferred)
Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. (preferred)
