The Office Manager will effectively manage various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall productivity and morale of our team.
Core Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the office and administer office policies and procedures.
- Maintain efficient office logistics, including supply inventory management and service provider coordination.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for team members.
- Manage communication channels, including direct correspondence and inquiries.
- Assist in the development and management of budgets related to office expenditures.
- Plan company events and activities to enhance team engagement and company culture.
- 3-5 years of office management experience, particularly in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Keen understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
