Position Overview


We are looking for a General Affairs Manager for our New York office! As a business partner, the General Affairs Manager carries out the mission of creating an office environment where team members can have fun and be entirely focused on their work. We're looking forward to having you who have a service mind and will proactively present your ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating as a Business administration support for the New York office with other global offices.
  • Asset Management (Hardware and Software licenses)
  • Purchasing equipment based on the nature of the job role and providing the initial setup guide
  • Maintaining good communication with suppliers (vendors) or other company stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Security team to participate in projects related to remote access, and network environment improvement including server(IDF) room maintenance
  • Office facility maintenance
  • Liaising with building management and making sure the environment promotes productive work and is tidy & clean all the time Managing security access in the building for employees
  • Maintaining routine office facility checking including any safety inspection, fire safety training and guest access logs
  • Managing building security system for logistics and delivery from vendors
  • Managing registration for vendors and their insurance requirements for the building access
  • Collaborating with HR creating a healthy company culture and office environment and assisting with revamping processes to increase efficiencies.
  • Holding in logistics-related work like shipping/mailing products or company confidential items
  • Admin support for the IT security department
  • Communicating with the global IT team to support our office IT server

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general affairs or office management
  • Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac, Project Management Tools or MS Office is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating efficiency, and ensuring a proactive approach to meet the demands of the position
  • Proactive verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel when needed
  • Language: English. Other languages are a plus.
