About the Role

Scale Computing is searching for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our headquarters in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, creating a welcoming environment, and making sure our team has what they need to be successful each day.

You’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors and teammates, the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps things running smoothly, and the person who helps make the workplace fun and welcoming. From keeping the office stocked and coordinating office lunches, to planning events and helping with day-to-day office needs, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for everyone at our headquarters.

This is a full-time, 5-days-per-week on-site position at our headquarters in Austin, TX—perfect for someone who’s organized, people-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys making things happen.

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the friendly, go-to presence for our headquarters team.

· Keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

· Welcome visitors and assist employees with office-related needs.

· Welcome new hires and assist with a smooth onboarding experience.

· Keep the office stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies.

· Coordinate office lunches, events, celebrations, and holiday décor.

· Act as a point of contact for building management and vendors.

· Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and other day-to-day needs as they arise.

· Help prepare meeting spaces and support meetings, visitors, and company events.

· Assist HR with employee engagement activities.

· Assist with office projects, improvements, and special initiatives.

· Help create a positive and enjoyable office environment.

· Jump in to support projects and office needs as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

· A people person who’s approachable, upbeat, and a great communicator.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

· Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects.

· Someone who enjoys helping others and creating a positive workplace environment.

· Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and quick to learn new tools.

· 1–3 years of customer service, office coordination, hospitality, or related experience preferred.

· Must be available to work on-site five days per week at our headquarters in Austin, TX.
