OFFICE MANAGER

Indianapolis, IN | Full Time | Hourly | Day Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager to support branch operations. You will assist customers, manage invoices and payments, support payroll-related timekeeping, and keep month-end administrative work accurate and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable following through on important details.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer phones, respond to customer emails, and provide professional customer service.

· Enter customer and vendor invoices, process credit-card payments, and maintain accurate records.

· Review and update timecards; assist with payroll-hour submission and related follow-up.

· Support month-end invoice tracking, work in process (WIP), inventory, and reconciliation activities.

· Follow up respectfully on missing information, approvals, invoices, and documentation.

· Handle competing priorities in a structured way while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy and completeness.

· Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing recurring deadlines and office processes.

· Professional, tactful communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and branch leadership.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay calm when interruptions occur.

· Experience in office administration, customer service, accounting support, payroll support, or data entry is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED.

· Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

· One year of data-entry and/or customer-service experience preferred.
