We are looking for an Office Manager who will be the heartbeat of the office. This is a key role that has a direct impact on the experience of employees, managers, and visitors, while leading the day-to-day administrative operations and creating a professional, pleasant, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized, professional, and efficient work environment.
- Welcome guests, vendors, and visitors, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Oversee the reception desk and handle incoming phone calls.
- Work with vendors, order office supplies, and manage the company's administrative services.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, hospitality arrangements, and internal company events.
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and administrative processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative backup and support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks according to company needs.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in office administration.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks while working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of driving processes forward.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Outlook and calendar management.
- Native-level Hebrew and good English proficiency.
Skills Required
