Role Purpose Statement

As the Office Manager supporting Ping Identity's corporate headquarters, you will lead workplace operations and employee experience initiatives that help create a productive, welcoming, and high-performing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing site operations, vendor partnerships, workplace programs, budgeting, and special events while collaborating closely with teams across Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business functions. The successful candidate will combine operational excellence, hospitality, and strong relationship management skills to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Priorities1. Strategic Site Operations & Financial Oversight
  • Facilities Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of Ping Identity's corporate headquarters, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace that supports business objectives and an exceptional employee experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage the facilities operating budget, including forecasting, purchase orders, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and vendor contract administration.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee workplace service requests and operational priorities, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Vendor & Building Management: Serve as the primary liaison with building management, security providers, maintenance contractors, and other workplace service partners to ensure building systems and services operate effectively.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Lead workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance while supporting building access, visitor management, and employee amenities.
2. Workplace Experience & Hospitality
  • Workplace Operations: Ensure the office is consistently maintained to a high standard, including meeting spaces, collaboration areas, kitchens, common spaces, and workplace equipment.
  • Procurement & Inventory: Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships supporting office operations, workplace hospitality, supplies, and employee amenities.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international shipping, receiving, and workplace logistics.
  • Executive & Visitor Experience: Deliver a seamless experience for visiting executives, employees, candidates, and external guests by coordinating logistics and hospitality services.
3. Culture, Events & Employee Engagement
  • Corporate Events: Lead planning and execution of employee events, executive meetings, and company-wide programs from budgeting and vendor coordination through onsite delivery.
  • Employee Experience: Partner with Human Resources to support employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, workplace celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Corporate Gifting & Brand Experience: Coordinate branded merchandise, welcome programs, and employee gifting initiatives while maintaining quality, consistency, and budget oversight.
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, or office leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Financial & Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets, procurement activities, vendor relationships, contract administration, and expense reconciliation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with macOS and common workplace technology, including audiovisual equipment and conference room systems.
  • Experience using enterprise productivity, collaboration, service management, procurement, and expense management platforms.
  • Comfortable learning and administering workplace technologies that support office operations and employee experience.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with experience building productive relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners while working independently and exercising sound judgment.
  • Workplace Requirements: Ability to work onsite full-time (Monday through Friday) at corporate headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a large corporate headquarters or multi-site workplace environment.
  • Experience leading workplace initiatives within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Professional certification in facilities management, workplace experience, or project management is a plus.

Salary Range:

$45,000 to $58,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
