The Office Manager provides administrative services and support for the corporate office located in West Midtown Atlanta. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries. This position will also assist with administrative tasks within all departments including sales, marketing, human resources, and operations as business demands. The idea candidate is professional, personable, and well organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Become the main contact for all external and internal inquiries for the main office and off-premise catering division.
  • Facilitate internal communications and gain understanding of all aspects of the company to effectively be a line of communication across departments and divisions.
  • Be the initial contact for guests and appointments at the corporate office
  • Send, receive, and distribute mail
  • Manage calendars for all board rooms and tasting rooms in the building
  • Prepare tools for meetings
  • Order special products and office supplies
  • Answer phones and organize and distribute sales inquiries and leads
  • Maintain call logs
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Maintain list of top clients and distribute cards and gifts as needed
  • Create, maintain, and distribute customer feedback surveys
  • Assist departments with graphics and designs of content such as; monthly communication list, tasting & mixer invitations, virtual newsletters, menu signage & design, catering proposals, etc.
    • This position also has opportunity to assist in photographing events and attending networking events
  • Assist with marketing tools and contact information into listservs
  • Creating wedding baskets for clients
  • Assist with creating proposals, managing or updating BEOs in Caterease, assist in the tracking of Purchase Orders, and more as directed
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 1+ year in an office manager or administrative role, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Publisher, Microsoft Office & Caterease a Plus, Canva/Adobe experience is preferred!

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

Schedule & Compensation:

  • This is a fulltime hourly role at $25/hr. Pay is bi-weekly
  • Typical schedule is 9am-5pm (M-F); position may require to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays as business demands
