Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance and vendor management, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks.  Your Location:

Your Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Your Manager:
  • Susan, Dir of Financing

Your Contribution to AV Express:
  • Bookkeeping: AR/AP, cash flow, billing & invoicing, credit card reconciliation
  • Point of Contact: internal and external communications
  • Admin: mail distribution, document scanning, maintain organized electronic filing system

Your Background/Skills:
  • +5yrs: office management or business operations
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP, and time-tracking software
  • Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred

AV Express’ Contribution to You:
Salary:
  • $75k-$95k/yr
Benefits: 
  • 16 days PTO (earned on accrual)
