You Are:

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, bookkeeping, scheduling, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks.  This position will handle admin duties as well as work closely with the owner to refine and maintain company processes as well as the following duties.  As we grow some duties will be delegated to others.
 Your Location:
  • Hybrid: 50% Office + 50% Work From Home
  • 1300 Ridenour Blvd Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30152

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm

Your Contribution to AVI:
Operations (House Call):
  • Work with Production Manager regarding jobs details, updates, and updated invoicing, and customer correspondence. 
  • Keeping team on track and on process
  • Creating Processes, flowcharts and SOP’s
Leads (Go High Level)
  • Manage CRM Software
  • Add Leads & Direct to Sales Rep
  • Set Status & Follow-Up Activities
Customer Service
  • Communicating with customers (phone and email)
Financial
  • AR/AP
  • Cash Flow Spreadsheet
  • Payroll
  • (CFO balances the books)
Marketing (A PLUS)
  • Managing marketing, vendors and the vendors campaigns.
  • Visit job sites 2-4x/wk to collect videos/photos (sent to marketing agency)

AVI's Contribution to You:
  • $70k-$80k/yr
  • 401k w/ Match (50% of First 6%)

Skills Required

  • Maintain office operations, scheduling, and general administrative duties
  • Bookkeeping experience including AR/AP
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Experience managing CRM software (Go High Level)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to create and maintain processes, SOPs, and flowcharts
  • Experience with cash flow spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Customer-facing communication by phone and email
  • Hybrid work with regular presence at Kennesaw, GA office (≈50%)
  • Visit job sites 2-4x per week to collect photos/videos for marketing
  • Marketing/vendor campaign management experience
