The Role

Office Manager

Administrative and Operational Office Management

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and work environment.
  • Managing office supplies and refreshments.
  • Communicating with the building administrator.
  • Organizing and maintaining company documentation and contracts.
  • Handling employees’ operational requests related to the office.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail and packages.

HR Support and Personnel Administration

  • Assisting in the recruitment process (posting job advertisements).
  • Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding.
  • Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and amendments.

Legal Department Support

  • Contract management, record-keeping, and providing support for processing legal documents.
  • Obtaining price quotes and communicating with company suppliers.

Internal Communication and Management Support

  • Organizing internal meetings and company events.
