About the RoleWe’re looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder to help create a workplace that runs smoothly and feels great to be in.
This role sits at the center of the company—supporting leadership while shaping the day-to-day office experience for the entire team. It’s a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being helpful, building systems, and making things better for others.

What You’ll DoExecutive Support- Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day logistics
- Help keep priorities organized and things moving forward across email and calendar
- High degree of responsiveness including ad-hoc requests that may arise after hours
- Assist with travel planning and occasional ad hoc requests
- Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day—stocked, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed
- Help manage shared spaces, conference rooms, and overall office flow
- Support light accounting and vendor coordination in addition to onboarding
- Help maintain simple, scalable systems as the company grows
- Plan and support team events, happy hours, and company gatherings
- Help create a warm, fun, and inclusive office environment
- Bring creative ideas to enhance the employee experience
- Support employee and candidate travel coordination
- Help with occasional group travel and offsite planning
- A self-starter who enjoys being helpful and making things easier for others
- Strong attention to detail
- Naturally proactive—you notice what needs attention and take initiative
- A problem-solver who is comfortable figuring things out as you go
- Someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and wearing many hats
- Thoughtful about details, especially when it comes to creating a welcoming space
- Easy to work with, positive, and brings a good sense of humor
- Excited to be part of a collaborative, in-person team
- 2–5 years of experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Business/Operations role
- Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Ramp, Google Workspace, Slack
- Interest in events, office design, or workplace experience
