Intel is a company of bold innovators and problem-solvers who create world-changing technology. We are seeking an Office Manager to support Intel's Washington, D.C. office and help ensure a productive, professional, and welcoming workplace.
This is an onsite role with 4 days a week in-office.
Please consider that this is an Intel contract position through January 2027.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities.
- Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep.
- Lead and support administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Minimum Qualifications, you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- High school diploma/equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Office Manager and Executive Assistant duties such as:
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities.
- Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities.
- Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Associate's degree in relevant discipline.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)

Work Model for this Role
