WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Support the Office Manager in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace
- Ensure smooth daily office operations through proactive hands-on support
- Take ownership of shipping, receiving, and delivery management processes
- Maintain kitchen, pantry, and common areas to create an exceptional employee experience
- Prepare meeting and conference rooms to ensure a professional and productive environment
- Identify issues proactively and resolve them quickly before they impact employees or guests
- Welcome candidates and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You speak English
- You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
- You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality
- You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them
- You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
