WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support the Office Manager in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations through proactive hands-on support
  • Take ownership of shipping, receiving, and delivery management processes
  • Maintain kitchen, pantry, and common areas to create an exceptional employee experience
  • Prepare meeting and conference rooms to ensure a professional and productive environment
  • Identify issues proactively and resolve them quickly before they impact employees or guests
  • Welcome candidates and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You speak English
  • You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
  • You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality
  • You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them
  • You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
