The Impact You’ll Make

As Senior Corporate Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of Incode’s payroll and corporate administrative operations. You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across payroll and administration, serving as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders while delivering a consistent, reliable, and employee-centric experience.

What You’ll Own & Drive

Corporate Administration Leadership

  • Provide senior leadership over corporate administrative operations supporting a global employee population.
  • Define, standardize, and continuously enhance administrative policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Own the roadmap for payroll and administrative systems, including selection, implementation, and optimization.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Design scalable payroll and administrative processes aligned with organizational growth and geographic expansion.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risk.

Employee Experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or sensitive payroll and administrative issues.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and transparent communication with employees regarding payroll matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on payroll, compliance, and administrative strategy.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality, and employee-focused service model.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing payroll and corporate administration teams.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing, capability development, and succession planning

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll, corporate administration, or shared services functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-entity and/or multi-country payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, People, and external vendors
