We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Finance Admin to join our FINOPS team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include Finance incident management, permission administration, intercompany accounting, bank account management, and other key financial tasks.Your responsibilities

Permission Requests: Process and manage permission requests for financial applications.

Intercompany Accounting: Activating Intercompany Relationship between Companies.

Bank Account Management: Maintain and manage bank accounts.

Incident Management: Efficiently handle & resolve finance-related incidents.

Account Creation: Create and maintain main accounts in the financial system.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and data cleaning as needed.

Knowledge Base and Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation for finance processes and procedures.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Experience with financial software, especially D365 (preferred).

Detail-oriented and organized.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
