About the role

The Office Executive will support the team in the ongoing Port & Maritime Project in Chattogram, Bangladesh (IE for PCT PPP Project). This role will handle the document control, record-keeping, and assist in office administration. The goal is to facilitate the regular record keeping, document control etc.
Job Responsibilities

  • Support day to day administrative functions of the project office

  • Maintain a proper online & offline document control system for the project documents

  • Maintain various registers / cash counts

  • Assist in office facilities maintenance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • Ability to maintain effective project documentation & keep accurate records of critical project incidents / issues

  • Support administrative functions of an office

  • Knowledge of standard document control & management systems

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of MS office (mainly Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of data privacy, and confidentiality
