About The TeamThis key role involves managing office functions, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
About The RoleThis is the trusted right hand to our Founder and CEO — and the person responsible for making our Flatiron office a place the team is genuinely proud of. You'll own the CEO's calendar and travel end to end, protect their time and focus, and run the day-to-day operations of our office with the hospitality and precision of someone who takes real pride in having it handled. This is a fully in-person, high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of how we operate.

3+ years supporting a senior executive and/or owning office and workplace operations, ideally inside a fast-moving startup where the job was rarely fully defined.
Proven track record managing a complex, high-volume calendar and coordinating end-to-end travel without dropping a detail — even when plans shift last minute.
Handles sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion — this matters even more than usual at an immigration company.
Operates with a builder's instinct: spots the gap, creates the system, and doesn't wait to be asked twice.
Based in New York and available fully in-person, five days a week at our Flatiron office.
You take real pride in being the person who has it handled. You read a calendar three moves ahead, you notice the supply closet running low before anyone mentions it, and you get quiet satisfaction from a day where everything ran smoothly because you made it run smoothly. You're equally energized by nailing the logistics of a CEO's international trip and dreaming up the small touch that makes someone's birthday actually feel special. You want to help build a place people love coming to — and you'd rather be in the room than behind a screen.
This is not of you if...This role isn't right for you if you prefer a narrow, clearly defined job where the work comes to you fully scoped. If you're uncomfortable shifting between high-stakes executive support and hands-on office logistics in the same hour — or if last-minute changes throw you off rather than focus you — you'll find this hard. This is an execution and ownership role, not a strategy or cross-functional leadership seat, so if what you're after is owning company-wide initiatives, that's a different job. And if you're looking for flexibility to work remotely, this isn't it - we are in the office 5 days a week.
