Lead end-to-end strategy and operations for two communities (B2B Mission and B2C Extraordinary Ability Club): own P&L, scale membership, drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid legal clients; design programming, build acquisition channels and partnerships, track metrics, and manage 2-3 moderators while working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product.

Own net-new revenue for talent immigration clients by engaging founders, engineers, and individuals to diagnose needs, architect solutions, and build trust-based relationships. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations, manage complex accounts, and run cross-functional programs end-to-end.

Serve as the licensed legal voice in B2B sales, diagnosing prospect immigration programs, shaping RFPs and proposals, and translating legal requirements into commercial solutions. Advise on program design, validate assumptions, build scalable legal positioning content, surface product feedback, and help design AI guardrails and evaluation criteria to make AI outputs defensible for legal work.

Own end-to-end production of a high-volume webinar program (~40/month) and coordinate ~4 in-person events/month. Manage webinar platforms, HubSpot/Marketo lead flows, UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting across the funnel. Coordinate speakers and multicultural programming, build scalable playbooks, handle logistics and day-of execution, and track event ROI to drive MQLs, consults, and revenue.

Produce and publish long-form and repurposed content for immigration audiences: research, draft, and optimize articles with attorneys, build AI workflows to scale writing, support webinars, and manage distribution across LinkedIn, email, and short clips while owning performance metrics and conversion.
