We’re seeking an Office Coordinator / Studio Assistant who will play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our studio. This position is ideal for someone who finds purpose in creating order, takes pride in beautiful and functional spaces, and enjoys supporting a creative, mission-driven team.
 
What You’ll Do:
 
Studio Operations & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages, shipping, and courier services with efficiency and care.
Studio Experience & Hospitality
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain the visual and functional quality of reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
  • Oversee kitchen organization, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and aligned with the studio’s standards of excellence.
  • Empty the dishwashers and maintain the refrigerators clean and organized.
  • Help manage and maintain the studio’s working spaces so they remain organized and tidy.                                                                             
Events, Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate internal meetings, studio events, and social gatherings that foster collaboration and community.
  • Organize Lunch & Learns with industry partners.
  • Assist with event planning and hosting.
Office Logistics & Coordination
  • Manage ordering of office supplies, groceries, and studio essentials with attention to quality and sustainability.
  • Process expense reimbursements.
  • Serve as a liaison to building management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary Range Information

This practice extends to all employees, including performance considerations for merit increases, job promotions, and transfer opportunities. We additionally review our pay practices, conduct pay equity audits, and ensure our managers are trained in our pay practices on an annual basis. At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position in DC is between $63,000 and $70,000.
