As part of our People team, our Office Coordinators play a key role in making our offices fully-functioning, welcoming & inspiring, and space for everyone.
About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming and proactive Office Coordinator to join our Lisbon team! We've just moved into an impressive new space in Alvalade, and you'll be the go-to person for all things office-related, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a vibrant workplace experience for our local and visiting Bobbers. Reporting to our People Partner, you'll also collaborate closely with our Europe People team based across our UK, Netherlands and Germany sites. This is a part time role.

Job Requirements
You're a people-focused professional who enjoys variety and thrives in fast-paced settings. Here are some qualities we're seeking:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Confidence using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom-or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for putting people at ease.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Experience in event coordination or office management is a plus.
