We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our intentionally collaborative team and help us schedule, deliver services with maximum efficiency, and succeed! Responsibilities

  • Coordinate our team to ensure our service delivery meets SLAs, we use resources effectively, and we're promoting synergy in an efficient and friendly workplace environment
  • Drive end user requests to completion - identify/prioritize them, make sure they're resolved, and keep records
  • Manage service requests, ticket creation, escalations, resource schedules, Service Boards, and Connectwise Calendar appointments
  • Active communication w/ clients concerning impending changes, incident management, and post-resolution client satisfaction
  • Schedule delivery of equipment or software installation

Compensation:

  • Starting range is expected to start at $19-22/hr and is scalable based upon experience.
